These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses the mmk365 platform in any way, opens an account, or registers as a player. By visiting the website, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms.

The bonus policy, privacy policy and responsible gaming policy set out in this document are considered part of these terms and conditions. If a player does not agree with these terms, they should not continue using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

If it is found that an account was opened by falsely claiming to be 21 or older, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be returned under any circumstances.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to open only one account on mmk365. Each individual's phone number and each payment method may be linked to one player only. If duplicate accounts are found, they will be closed without notice and the funds in those accounts may be withheld.

2.3 Accurate Information

Players must provide their name, contact details and payment information accurately and in full when opening an account. Withdrawal requests from accounts opened with inaccurate information may be refused.

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits are reflected in your account immediately after a successful transaction, though bank transfers may take a little longer.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Players must withdraw using the same payment method used to deposit; third-party payments are not permitted.

3.3 Verification Process

mmk365 may request additional verification from players to confirm their deposit method and ownership of funds. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mmk365 can receive a 120% bonus on the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, players must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 24,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 44,000 Ks, and you must wager 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 180,000 Ks, receive 100,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 280,000 Ks, and you must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The bonus can only be used once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• mmk365 does not modify bonus offers without notice — players will be informed of any changes.
• If a player is found to have exceeded the bonus limits, mmk365 reserves the right to void the bonus.

4.3 Referral Rewards

The referrer receives 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per referral. In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.2% of the referred players' total valid wagers.

The mmk365 VIP player program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up tiers based on their play history and activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

mmk365 reserves the right to adjust VIP rewards, and players will be notified in advance of any changes.

Players must avoid the following activities on this platform —

• Money laundering or any act of processing funds through illegal means
• Hacking or unauthorized manipulation of software
• Using bots or automated playing software
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent set limits by concealing activity
• Owning multiple accounts that appear to belong to a single person
• Misleading other players or manipulating outcomes through software
• Allowing another person to play on your account

If any of the above activities are found, the account will be closed and remaining funds may be withheld. mmk365 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

Players must keep their account login details (including passwords) confidential and must not share them with any third party. If mmk365 finds that someone other than the account holder is playing, access may be suspended immediately.

If unexpected access to an account is detected, mmk365 cannot be held responsible for any unsatisfactory gameplay or transactions that occurred during that period — please contact customer support immediately.

If any game is interrupted due to a technical issue or server error, the amount that was in play at the time will be returned to the player's account.

For any matter between a player and mmk365, the first step is to contact customer support. For issues that cannot be resolved, mmk365's decision will be final, and players must agree to accept that decision.

In the event of a game interruption caused by server issues, network outages, or third-party service failures, mmk365 will refund the player's staked amount in accordance with our policy, but cannot be held responsible for any other losses.
